All the issues with $DFCO seem to stem from a customer they had a contract with and claimed revenue that never ended up coming. DFCO is now suing them but had to essentially redo all of their filings starting from when they first claimed said revenue. Getting the audited 10k done was by far the biggest hurdle and since then they've filed their first of X Qs they also fell behind on. We're now waiting on the last X Qs and they should be hitting the wires literally any day now. I've stayed in contact with Bonar though I stopped reaching out to him as there's not much more I think he can tell me at this stage. We're waiting on these two Qs and then we should be current very soon after that. The company should have lots of updates coming upon getting current.
