Trump’s debt vs. America’s debt: A tale of two balance sheets.  
The man who owes $115M on a tower worth $85M needs rates slashed before his 46-day deadline—while $9T in national debt matures. His “policy” saves $6M/year personally as taxpayers foot trillions in refinancing costs.  

The admin’s “knucklehead” rhetoric masks a $645M variable-rate time bomb across his real estate empire. With 1/3 of US debt ($11T) needing renewal, Trump demands Powell resign to cut rates, claiming “national interest” while his XX Wall St. loan drowns. JPMorgan warns this Fed meddling fuels inflation his tariffs created.
