Blaming past presidents for files from the Bush/Trump eras isn't fear, it's theater. A ghost story designed to make everyone forget the main characters: a "terrific guy," his plane, and the X documented flights.

The admin's playbook is clear. On July 7, the DOJ memo suddenly finds no "client list." On July 15, Trump blames Biden for the files. On July 18, the White House rejects a special counsel. Transparency promised, accountability dismantled in under two weeks.

The goal was never to release the files. It was to make you feel like a "weakling" for even asking.
