Miami Mayor @FrancisSuarez & Miami City Commissioners @damianpardo8 @iamchristineesq @ralphrosado just LOST in court after trying to cancel this year’s mayoral election without voter approval so Francis Suarez could get an extra year in office, exceeding his allowed term limit. 

The judge just ruled their scheme to be UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Gov. DeSantis @GovRonDeSantis must remove those who tried to silence Miami voters! @AGJamesUthmeier has already hinted at a possible investigation from his office. 

Miami voters have already expressed they have no issue with changing the date of the election from odd to even years, but it must be done via a ballot initiative to ensure the people have a vote on this matter.
