I don’t know if it’s not investing, they just don’t have a ton of experience (which comes with age and being involved in the business over time). An internship at McKinsey doesn’t qualify one to run a multi-billion dollar business unit. I’d say running LVMH is a family business will not work and the sooner that’s acknowledged the sooner they can fix things. Yeah going out to Carrol Gardens for Lucali at 5pm isn’t a good look (pizza is phenomenal though). Personally if I was one of the kids I’d be incredibly hands on but maybe that’s why I’m still an unpaid intern 🤷🏻‍♂️
