The weird thing about American shopping carts, from the Europoor perspective, is they don’t require a deposit. I always religiously returned my carts despite this when I lived in US, but IF I didn’t and IF the Cart Narcs caught me, I would be absolutely delighted, and I would firmly refuse to return my cart just so I could keep one of their excellent bumper magnets.
