Donald Trump has a bachelor's in economics as a Wharton transfer student. His posts show unbelievable ignorance of economics, where he thinks other countries pay tariffs, doesn't understand comparative advantage and doesn't know that raising taxes like tariffs is inflationary and recessionary. 
Trump, 79, is in an age group where the mean WAIS-IV IQ before age norming is 79, which is borderline or borderline low. 
Scott Bessent calling  Donald Trump "a high functioning executive President" and saying Biden and Obama weren't as "economically sophisticated" is laughable.
