While Trump's admin withholds $7B education grants (July 2025) and slashes $9B from aid (same day), these "democracy" grifters pocket $1.9B DARK MONEY in 2024 races. The admin's "clawback" theater distracts from XX% of GOP donors believing money buys policy - because it does.
