Truck made U-turn & stopped at a green light with no cars in front of them to escalate the confrontation—if driver was truly in fear why didn't he just continue driving?

Clifford M. Klooster, 64, was named as the person involved but was not arrested at the time—and still has not been charged with any crime by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

"The fact that he wasn’t put in handcuffs right there in that parking lot is appalling," said witness.

"If a teenage boy or girl steals some chips from Circle K, they get put in handcuffs and put in the back of a police car."
