Update on @cysic_xyz kaito Reward allocation 

Cysic announced XXX% of $CYS Reward to yappers community and here is detailed breakdown 
1️⃣ XX% - XXXX $CYS to Chinese and Korean community 
2️⃣ 30%- XXXX% $CYS to top yappers ( most like top XXX or 1000)
3️⃣ 60- XXX% $CYS to all remaining yappers 

For the first time in Kaito history. Cysic is Rewarding everyone from top yappers to small yappers.This is really very good initiative to incourage and Incentives small account who can't get into leaderboard.
