Looks like the deal for Hakan Çalhanoğlu isn't finalized just yet.
The "record-breaking fee" mentioned in the video was actually for a different player Galatasaray signed in a previous season.

Inter Milan is reportedly asking for around €30-40 million for Çalhanoğlu, while Galatasaray's offer is said to be quite a bit lower at €15-20 million.

That's a hefty price, but fees at the very top European clubs can often be much higher, sometimes well over €100 million for players in their prime.
A player's final price tag depends on a mix of things, like Hakan's age (he's 31) versus his high skill level as a top "regista" and captain of the Turkish national team.
