Under Section XXX of the Penal Code, courts can punish murderers even if the family forgives them but in most cases, this clause is ignored. The law exists on paper. Not in practice. ↪️Balochistan’s own CM called this recent killing “intolerable.” But words aren’t enough. But what is tolerable? That in one year, XXX honour killings, XXXXX rapes, XXXXX cases of domestic violence are reported and barely any justice is served? We don’t know who’s next. Whose face will be in the next video?
