Whether you agree with all or only a part of what is contained in this joint ministerial statement an extraordinary level of collective political blindness & lack of political intelligence has resulted in the omission of the following:-
We call on Iran to direct its Hamas & Islamic Jihad proxies to immediately declare a permanent end to their war, release all their hostages, agree to fully decommission their arms & to facilitate unhindered the distribution of aid in Gaza
And call on Iran & its terrorist proxies to renounce their commitment to Israel’s destruction & opposition to an agreed permanent solution to Israeli/ Palestinian conflict that enables Israelis & Palestinians to live as neighbours in permanent peace & security
And call on Iran to renounce its ambition to develop nuclear weapons & agree to comprehensive international oversight.
WHY OMIT ALL OF THAT IF REALLY INTERESTED IN CONFLICT RESOLUTION ?
