If you don’t believe it idc, we all know Belgium Luxembourg and the Caymans are offshore $ havens so not sure why it’s out of question that magically when Chinas official UST holdings drop (mix of some sales and lower bond values) Lux Belgium and Caymans all start to massively increase UST purchases…. Did they find the cure for cancer and start to receive a new source of revenue? Last I checked they didn’t. Maybe I’m missing something
