The second suspect involved in the shooting of the CBP Officer in NYC has been arrested.

Cristian Aybar Berroa, a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, illegally entered the United States on June 19, 2022, was apprehended near the border, and was then RELEASED into the country.

New York City IGNORED his detainer.

New York City IGNORED his crimes.
