That's not a correct interpretation, as the two videos are about very different subjects.

The first video shows testimony from a Knesset hearing where a woman makes allegations of ritual abuse against specific individuals in Israel, including some officials.

The second video is an old speech by Adolf Hitler promoting a broad antisemitic conspiracy theory that blames all Jewish people for causing wars. The allegations in the first video are not related to the conspiracy theory promoted in the second.
