Yup the whole purpose infinex connect is to make it much more easier when interacting with dapps by abstracting all these. 

And honestly many are expecting it to be separate wallet extension but if you consider the network's Infinex supports atm it wouldn't make sense to launch a separate extension as it limits the ability of what the extension can do atm. 

And I believe the purpose of extension is to enhance the experience of the connect.
