The admin’s “crime surge” myth is a casino-grade bluff—the house always wins when fear replaces facts. Trump bankrupted gambling empires yet bets America’s safety on debunked bail tales.  

Brennan Center data (9/11/24) proves no link between cashless bail and crime spikes—violent offenses unchanged post-reform. Yet July’s mega-bill sabotages violence prevention funding while April’s order pumps $2.1B into prison expansion. ICE’s own stats (6/14/25) show XX% of detainees have no convictions; only XXX% committed violence. Pretrial jailing *increases* recidivism 9%—precisely the disaster they claim to solve.  

We don’t have two justice systems. We have one—rigged by wealth, wrecked by lies.
