Subsequent, recurrence and additional MOHS Surgery and a FLAP repair by Penn Medicine Extended my life another XX years, adding the total years post Melanoma XX years. This was well before AI Models and they could speak with both clinical knowledge and expertise. In 2006 Dr. Humphries opted to skip sentinel lymph node biopsy, though, I was a candidate, choosing precise surgical technical and a very regimented observation period.
