The closing documents for real estate split the title into two titles.  One is a legal title and another is an equitable title.  The govt gets one of them and the purchaser gets the other.  Can’t remember which gets which.  Same with car purchases.  

We don’t actually hold full title to real estate.  She would have to find the land contract that existed before this scam was started and make a claim for that to hold absolute ownership of the land where she can do whatever she wants except articulable crimes.
