This is not associated with the pump and dump $Louie token launched by the Cabal in May. I literally just found out about it...

Idk. @cupsey bought that $Louie; idk who Cupsey is but I've heard of him. If cupsey boughr; then @orangie bought more than likely. If those X bought; ... man I'm just over thinking it.
