Some takeaways:

The US subsidiary is mainly to access US based bitcoin exchanges to buy bitcoin. They’ve drained the Japanese exchanges and are finding it difficult to buy spot bitcoin. 

The Zurich trip is likely to get institutional investors into the equity. Possibly fixed income equity, but most likely just regular equity. The $5B market cap unlocked a lot of institutional capital. We should see a much larger institutional inflow into the stock now that it’s a $7B market cap. 

Preferred fixed income stock is coming.
