[GENIUS ACT]

America just made stablecoin history.

The GENIUS Act is now law, the first-ever federal framework for US dollar-backed stablecoins.

This is real infrastructure.
Not theory. Not tweets. Law.

And the response was instant.

Tether’s CEO was at the signing.
They’ve already announced plans to register USDT through a “foreign issuer” path, and launch a new US-compliant stablecoin.

Circle? Already largely compliant.
USDC just became the benchmark in regulated markets.

The GENIUS Act opens the door for banks, fintechs, and TradFi giants to launch their own stablecoins.

The most important takeaway might be what comes next . . .

This is the regulatory unlock the industry needed.

The rails are built.
