BREAKING: Off-duty CBP officer sh*t in the face during NYC park robbery by ILLEGAL career criminal who kept getting released

The suspect has been identified as 21-year-old Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, a Dominican national with a long criminal history in New York

Despite multiple arrests and an active deportation order, Mora was released each time

Homeland Security confirmed Mora entered the U.S. illegally through the southern border during the Biden administration

Mora and another suspect on a moped ambushed a 42-year-old federal agent and a female companion as they sat by the Hudson River in Fort Washington Park, Manhattan

After a brief struggle, one of the suspects fired a gun and hit the agent in the face and left forearm

The agent returned fire and hit Mora three times
