In October 2023, the Supreme Court of the United States of America ruled that former presidents couldn’t be charged for what they did while in office as a way to save Donald Trump from the crimes that he perpetrated in his last term. Of which there are several.


So even if, and I stress “if”, there were crimes during the Obama administration, all Tulsi Gabbard, and FOTUS can do is cry about it. Because thanks to them former president are above the law.
