Not only has it made it's way back to it's long term ceiling level, but it's not spent most of this calendar year consolidating and normalizing this uber important trading level. Others will follow along but those all have a long ways to go to get back into prime position, but this one is at it's critical price level and has spent months here basing at said key level. Why is the OTC taking so long to heat up? Because these SET plays aren't flash in the pan pump and dumps. They're setups that are literally a decade+ in the making. The finishing touches on such a long term setup can involve many months of consolidation just like this gem has been doing. When these start to trigger, and I think $RITE has a great chance to be one of the first to really go off, I can all but guaranty you that they will have been worth the wait. Breaking out of a 10+ year base is an event where you measure the swings in months and the trend in years.
