$MLP closed a $6M private placement at $XXXX per unit, each with one share and half a warrant (2-year, $XXXX strike). In this market, that’s a notable achievement!

The positives: insider participation makes up nearly half the raise, which signals conviction :) The proceeds go directly toward feasibility drilling and infrastructure at Banio - real project de-risking, not overhead. The structure is clean: hard-dollar units with limited warrant overhang, no flow-through or complex terms.

Some considerations: the raise adds 3.87M shares now and potentially 1.94M more if all warrants are exercised. A X% finder’s fee reduces net proceeds, and jurisdictional risk in Gabon remains...

Bottom line: for the dilution taken, the added runway and clear catalysts make this a net positive. Solid step forward IMO!
