Simon Gillett has joined Kyle Macaulay's Scouting and Recruiting team at West Ham United.

The 39-year-old spent the last six years as part of Chelsea's recruitment team, contributing towards the signings of Caicedo, Gusto, Madueke, Lavia and Santos.
