I’m with you on this. Heard the $CVNA $OPEN comparison and think WeWork/OpenDoor is more accurate. Real Estate is really established and you lose your shirt when not doing DD properly. RE guys always trashed WeWork for a reason. Same with Open. Hopefully new guy does succeed. RE needs a mixup
