BREAKING NEWS … Acting High Court judge Moses Chinhengo will no longer be presiding over the Fishrot trial about alleged corruption and fraud with the allocation and use of Namibian fishing quotas.
Chinhengo has informed High Court judge president Petrus Damaseb that "for personal reasons he will no longer be able to continue with the conduct of the [Fishrot] case", the Office of the Judiciary announced in a statement on Monday.
