Make it make sense. If you get a DUI in Virginia you have to get an interlock device. The Virginia Substance Abuse  Program gives you three companies that install and monitor it. One of them is RoadGuard Interlock. RoadGuard is owned by Apollo Global Management (private equity) 

So if you break the law you are legally mandated to pay a $XXX billion private equity behemoth thousands of dollars if you want the privelege of being able to legally drive as a citizen. 

Same Apollo management that fired Leon Black as CEO for giving Epstein $XXXXXXXXXXX for "advice"

This needs to be fixed.
