🛠️ DevLog – CognitiveLevel Support Enabled in Miner Runtime (cortensord)

We've shipped a new update to the cortensord binary enabling CognitiveLevel (Node Level) awareness and recursive inference execution.

🔹 What's New:
- Miners now fetch their level from the CognitiveLevel module at session start.
- Based on the assigned level, cortensord performs recursive inference (e.g., Level X → X inference rounds).
- Extended output is submitted through the standard precommit/commit flow.

🔹 Why It Matters:
This unlocks tiered workloads and forms the base for adaptive Proof-of-Inference - where miners take on tasks proportional to their performance and reliability.

🔹 What's Next:
- Continued testing of recursive inference under real session timing.
- Oracle-side validation logic to assess accuracy and trigger upgrades/downgrades.
- Deeper integration with validator v1 and node-level history tracking.
