Dmitry Paladichuk, commander of Russia’s Pantsir-S air defence unit #274, is identified as the officer who allegedly ordered the missile strike that downed Azerbaijan's AZAL plane on Dec 25, 2024.

X months later, no one has been held accountable.

Azerbaijan is now preparing to file international lawsuits against Russia.
