A career criminal Dominican illegal alien, Miguel Francisco Mora Nuñez, is in custody after allegedly shooting an off-duty CBP officer in the face. “The four times he was arrested here in New York City, he was let go without bail each time because of our stupid no-bail laws.” 

The migrant was detained at the border in 2023 but was released into the country by the Biden administration. 

“Police say the officer was sitting on a bench late at night when two men rode up to him on a moped. That’s when sh0ts began to ring out, hitting the off-duty officer in the forearm and the face. The suspect was also hurt, limping back to the scooter before taking off with his accomplice.”

The second suspect is still at large.
