Remember the powers that be trying to shove muzzles on us in 2020? Those bleak days when high-vis Covid marshals scolded us for sitting on a park bench, while neighbours were egged on to grass each other up for a garden barbecue?

That snitch culture, born in the plandemic, is back with a vengeance in Kent’s Thanet district, home to seaside towns like Margate, Broadstairs, and Ramsgate. Picture a stroll along Margate’s beach, the air thick with salt and chips, seagulls eyeing your lunch. You slip on a banana skin, mutter “effing hell” in annoyance, and suddenly a council jobsworth slaps you with a £100 fine for your words.
