It's no longer the case now. One Ai prompt and your scam is ready. Similar is the case with TradiFi equity. No need to wait to hire graphic or SM team. There's no barrier of speed. Even after covid when we faced the highest fear of recession, we are still at all time High. We are at the age of fastest growth, least resistance and highest number of scams.
