It's odd to see people call for mass buffs. Do we want a world where Quest decks are strong enough to compete with Dorian Warlock, OTKs from Druid on turn 8, and zero mana giants from Paladin and Rogue on turn 4?

There is no scenario where that makes Hearthstone a better game.
