RIGHTS TO ENJOY FUEL FRUITS … Former Enercon Namibia owner Malakia Elindi has testified that Enercon continued to supply the Ministry of Defence and Veterans Affairs after they sold their rights, title and interest to the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor) on XX July 2022 for Namcor to enjoy the fruits and exclusive rights to become the sole supplier of fuel. Elindi defended this decision as Enercon believed the defence ministry is a security agency that could not go without fuel until Namcor stepped in. Update: Veripuami Kangumine
