Clarisa and Desiree were charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery; Bobak faced concealment and obstruction charges. In January 2024, Desiree pleaded guilty, agreeing to testify for a 30-year sentence. Clarisa pleaded guilty in April 2024, getting XX years without parole. Bobak took a plea for obstruction in 2023, served four years, and was deported. As of July 2025, Clarisa and Desiree remain in Illinois prisons.
