Public prosecutor Menencia Hinda has told National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor) fraud and corruption case accused Malakia Elindi it is difficult to understand for what Namcor paid N$53 million to the fuel company Enercon Namibia in July 2022, when after that transaction Enercon continued to supply fuel products to the Namibian Defence Force as previously.
