@shamimmalende has mastered the art of always using political prisoners as pawns. visit hansards if you want to know how malende is an under performing legislator.

XX% of her term, malende has been paid not to work. this is a waste of tax payer money & unfair to the women of kampala who deserve effective representation. malende cannot mention just one thing she’s done for her constituency. always using political prisoners as a scapegoat as if it’s rocket science to bail them out.
