🚨 ALERT: CHILDREN SWIMMING IN ELECTROCUTION RISK,  AT HULHUMALE POOL

Parents have reported a broken light at Hulhumale Swimming Pool taped over, still in use, no shutdown. The Swimming Association, led by Mohamed Abdul Sattar and Ismail Ali, ignored repeated complaints.

❌ In a pool, exposed wiring = potential electrocution.

🔹 Under Maldives Civil Code (Law No. 4/2013), this is a breach of duty of care. If a child or a person is harmed, officials may face:
🔹Civil liability under tort law
🔹Criminal negligence charges under Penal Code (intentional failure to act on known risk)

This is not a warning. It’s a documented failure.
