Its because holding the fNFT doesnt earn you any points. If you do this you earn points on XXX% on your capital and can buy the fNFT at a discount with XX% of your capital, assuming you borrow at XX% LTV on Silo. This way you dip into both points and fixed yield rather than just fixed yield
