Maybe it will, maybe it won’t. 

There’s no point trying to predict these things - it’s simply not possible. 

The only ones who seem to “get it right” are the people shouting every day that the sky is about to fall… and eventually - a month, a quarter, a year, two, three - when it finally does, they come out and say: “Told you so.”
