Herunga and IPC Chief Whip Hon. Rodney Cloete, as Namibia’s Representative at the Pan African Parliament, when the National Assembly NEVER assigned them, the Pan African Parliament, in the Middle of the night at 00h34, wrote this LETTER to distance itself from CORRUPTION. In the Letter, the PAP states that they (1) Received a Letter from Ms Esther Kaapanda, (2) that they also received our letter and (3) gave Ms Kaapanda until 09h00 today to Confirm that her Letter is in order. What PAP did is to ensure that they are not PART of Corruption. We will FIGHT PARLIAMENTARY CORRUPTION without FAIL! We will not allow the Parliament of the Republic of Namibia to continue to be Corrupt!
