Some days I’m up, some days I’m down.
Sometimes I feel like I’m in a bull run—motivated, aligned, making moves.

Other times, it’s a full-blown bear market inside my head.

But just like in crypto, I’ve learned not to panic-sell my progress.
Growth isn’t always linear. Neither is healing. Neither is life.

I’ve had to #HODL through some tough moments,
Stake my energy where it truly matters,
And cut losses on people, habits, and thoughts that no longer serve me.

And the crazy part?
Every time I thought I’d lost it all, life recalibrated and something better came along.

We talk a lot about portfolios.
But your peace, your purpose, your health—that’s the real asset.

So yeah, I’m still here. Still building.
In life. In crypto. In myself.
One block at a time.
