WATCH: Hon. Walyomu Muwanika Moses, MP for Kagoma County, has announced he will contest as an independent candidate after losing in the recent  NRM primaries. #NTVNews

Speaking to supporters at his home in Nakakulwe Village, Butagaya  Sub-county, Jinja District, Walyomu cited bribery, vote tampering, and intimidation during the primaries, which he claims were rigged.
