Tender results at Ocean Wilsons $OCN.L

Underestimated the willingness of shareholders to leave before the merger. We finally get 15.43£ (lower end of the range) with a XX% prorrata. Still a very good trade due to low risk, but return will be quite low. Also taking into account that shares are trading close to 14£, potentially lower when the tender is executed in a few days and people want to go out.
