The Adani Group will invest ₹96,000 crore in its airport and real estate ecosystem over the next X years, focusing entirely on India, not abroad.

Major capex at Navi Mumbai (₹19,000 crore for Phase I & II, T2 expansion may add estimated cost ₹45,000 crore). New terminals at Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Thiruvananthapuram and expansion at Lucknow.

New T1 at Mumbai CSMIA to be built by 2032 at ₹5,000 crore. Operates X airports, with Navi Mumbai Airport joining in October 2025.
