First, Israel has been the occupying power of Gaza for decades and then, built an illegal blockade - as such, Israel is required - by int’l law to provide basics for the people they occupy and which borders Palestinians do not control.

Second, Israel is blocking int’l aid which is aid they didn’t pay for and for which it’s a war crime to block.
